NISSAN Good Ole Boys .....I TOLD YOU I WAS A "CHANGE" AGENT.
Seriously do YOU think a NISSAN board member would keep this up if it did NOT have a purpose.
Change takes time and I had to "keep chipping away at the wall" so as this battle continued I "vented & ranted" about the problems in the schools, the tea party, the racist guy in charge of the Tennessee Hospitality Association (who got fired), lots of comments on unattractive cars, bad customer service due to unqualified people working at NISSAN, the need for the electric car and so much more. I'm "wordy".
NISSAN I discovered something about "me" and that is I'm stronger and tougher than I "thought" I was. Guess you could say I'm going to try to "win one for the gipper". :) :)
Years ago people told me I needed to write a book. I never wanted to do it for I knew a trip down "memory lane" would be painful. Those memories ALL now are on paper and because of discrimination in my daughters "American" hometown I had to speak up for her and the next generation of little girls and NOW I have my book. WOW!!! I think I'll wait a few years and end the "saga" on a good note and that is the success of the EV and the creation of ONE corporate culture.
This needs to be OVER!!! I do not want to "rant" anymore this "skirt" is turbo charged and wants to move forward. Below was put on "my" website Almost A YEAR AGO after I became a Change Agent

because NISSAN it was THAT bad.
Change is Happening because Tokyo sent a new leader to America, NISSAN Good Timing!!!
In the last 6 months all this came to light...WOW!!!
~A Global "internal" battle of control (3 continents).
~Excess spending of corporate and wasted taxpayer dollars.
~A plan for "Failure" as part of a high level chess game, which would be unacceptable to the US Taxpayer.
~A distructive Good Ole Boy Alliance creating a "Performance Does not Matter" corporate Mindset.
They were going to "protect their own". Considering what was in the best interest of the company was NOT an issue they cared about. They wanted power. When questioned about "kickbacks (perks)" and unethical behaviour they covered their tracks using unprofessional business tactics which included harassment and bullying. Sadly, their views and actions resulted in lack of respect for management, gender & cultural discrimination*.

NISSAN, Very important an unhealthy corporate culture was identified. That would have hurt LONG TERM profits.
America remember......Success=Jobs. Other companies in Middle Tennessee have/having "Performance" issues. & they tried to "change", some are moving and my "thought" is some others are thinking about leaving too. OUCH!!!
NISSAN North America got lucky by having "new" leadership. Now Success can happen in TENNESSEE. For those of us that enjoy our lives here, that's a good thing.
The new leadership is making positive change. In the last month new corporate policies and strategies have been set up to ensure the highest standards of ethical behaviour. This is stated on the Global Web Site.
Also, the door is open to reaching out beyond Nissan Way by sharing the "new" NISSAN global mindset. One that generates inspriation for a better (more aware) global community. Becoming a role model by setting good examples of embracing new cultures (those from all parts of our planet), and a community that cares about our enviroment.
NISSAN time to Move Forward with One "United" Mission.....
