By tonight www.freedomfortherenaultthree.com will be updated and Average AMERICA “even those that can ONLY read at a 4th grade level” will understand the FRAUD that happened across AMERICA. ??? Will People blame the Japanese ??? Will People Start to Buy American ??? Will People Blame Obama’s Policies ??? Will America think Tennessee deserves to be close to LAST in Education. ??? Will People blame the French ??? Will Carlos Ghosn RIGHTFULLY get the blame for the damage done by himself and his greedy unethical executives. This is the Fault of GHOSN. He needs to take the hit…. NOW!!! Stay Tuned!!!! This is in the “inbox” of 3 reporters and the French Consulate.
The Renault Three Are Innocent.
??? Will NISSAN be blamed
Also, the Williamson County School Board. I want to show then how “small Good Ole Boy favors can turn into BIG global scandals. Also, to show you how innocent people go to jail and that I Sharyn Bovat the NISSAN Whislteblower am on the side of a successful Tennessee”…… Sharyn Bovat
NISSAN Have A Great Day!!!
….Back in November, we had reported, that only five LEAFs were expected to arrive in the U.S. by December. Sales totaled 19 units in December worldwide, officials said.
failure to test a product as required by the rigorous government specifications or selling defective products..wow!!!
Nissan, however, has a head start and ambitious plans to produce electric vehicles for the mass market — as many as 100,000 units by 2012 — at prices competitive with conventional vehicles, partly by leasing the battery pack, the most expensive part of most electric cars. The company has a joint venture with battery maker NEC, and a decade-old alliance with France-based Renault that has been among the industry leaders when it comes to aligning partners for electric vehicle and charging infrastructure trials. As Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn told the Financial Times, “If it’s not affordable, it’s not going to work.”
WELL Mr. Ghosn. it’s NOT GOING TO WORK…. For NISSAN
Unless Mr. Tavares is pulling a rabbit from his hat. After numerous “tips” of rechlesss spending GLOBALLY I think Mr. Thormann the CFO of Renault was working on using the “GM model” and that was bankrupty. NOTHING else makes sense. Mr. Ghosn was driving NISSAN “off a cliff” the Renault Three complained and being RIGHT is what they are guilty of:
GOOD NEWS For society. The EV will be a success.
Read On:::::: This Whistle Blower wants to END this Global Drama.
Renault & NISSAN did NOT have the battery technology needed for a successful EV. The Lead currently has an “outdated” battery created to meet C.A.R.B. rules in California established in the 90’s. When the Electric Car was killed (for many reasons) the technology was “put on the shelf” Ghosn & Morton came up a plan. One that would “fuel” the companies with government money during the economic crisis.
Ghosn used his “connections” with the Clinton’s while Morton played ball with members of the Republican right wing. Thormann “hid money and the truth”. NISSAN needed a “better battery” or BOTH companies would be bust. GHOSN was GHOSN on the road to get it
Renault Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Carlos Ghosn, who is spearheading the electric car initiative. His passion on this subject was evident during a visit to India in end-2009. "We will get into affordable, mass market electric cars and be the first to do so," he told students of IIT, Delhi.
According to Mr Ghosn, the biggest advantage for Renault-Nissan lay in the fact that the alliance was making the battery in-house unlike other companies which were buying it from others.
Interestingly, he added that a joint research could be contemplated with top institutions such as the IITs in battery technology.
"I would be very interested in any battery project which is simple and affordable. I would encourage focus on a low-cost battery which can go into the common car," Mr Ghosn said
This is a quote from Brian Carolin on of MY former clients: “The fact is there simply weren’t cars on a boat. They were just taking their time in Japan to make sure everything was perfect. We’re at the leading edge of technology and the engineers just wanted to make sure that the car was absolutely spot on.”
I see “visions of BP’s Tony Hayward”…….
Ghosn Says Leaked Info Concerned Economic Model For EV
PARIS (Kyodo)--Carlos Ghosn, head of French automaker Renault SA, said Sunday that alleged industrial espionage related to the automaker's electric vehicle concerned the economic model rather than the technology that it planned to employ, according to a French weekly newspaper.
??? Maybe the “economic model” is that NISSAN and Renault took BILLIONS from Japan America dn France and that they were “betting” on outdated EV technology. Technology that was used during the 90’s when California Air Resources Board made manufactures in California build EV’s. Ghosn took money from the above governments with the hope of coming up with a better BEFORE production. If they use the current battery that has proved degradation (so bad that at year 4 it will ONLY get 60 miles per charge and NOT 100 miles per charge. The Warranty that NISSAN is offering that was announced “after” GM announced their VOLT warranty would bankrupt NISSAN. Currently it cost an estimated 80 120k to build each leaf and they are being sold for 32,780.00 ??? Why I knew that a “puzzle piece was missing”
Leaf customers are complaining about the runaround they’re getting in reference to the leaf.
Please read the comment from Leaf customer on this page of Girl in the Black Honda:
http://www.girlintheblackhonda.com/thoughts_from_leaf_buyer.html
For over 19 months I’ve done research to put together this “puzzle” at NISSAN it led to issues by a Good Ole Boy network in Williamson County. On that is connected to The State of Tennessee, specifically Governors Bredesesn’s economic office. I’ve uncovered a lot of bad behavior at so many levels. YET except for blogging I have never detailed issues. OH I did get hauled off to jail 3 times on “trumped up” charges and I was harassed by the police. The state did nothing about it YET they were going to get a “special prosecutor” and waste taxpayer money in attempt to toss a “credible” research worker in jail. Simply to discredit her. That is morally wrong. WORSE I Sharyn Bovat have a child. One that has seen this abuse done to her mom.
??? Why I’m Whale Hunting trying to solve this puzzle
I wanted Tavares Chairman of NISSAN to make change in policies. Women at Nissan declined from20.9 % to 10% hold role in middle management and above under the leadership of Ghosn~Morton~Thormann~Becker and I want Mr. Tavares to make Respect for ALL People including women, taxpayers and shareholders part of the NISSAN policy. I assume. He’s unofficially holding the keys to the company when I saw the Global Code of Conduct on the website in November 2010.
NISSAN Mr. Tavares could have shut down this website at ANY time. He knows I want to get to the root of the problem and that has led to uncovering an economic crime against 3 countries. One led by Carlos Ghosn.
Follow the money is what I learned early in life. The 80’s research experts were RIGHT. I WAS an undercover airhead. I told that to Mr. Tavares in the beginning. OK I forgot to mention the word airhead. The fact is it’s easier to get info when people think you’re not the brightest. Hate to say this Tennessee but after living here for almost 10 years I’ve become my previous life’s cover.
read about my past www.thestealthskirt.com the about me page
Nissan took 1.4 Billion dollars of federal money (Originally the wanted 1.6 kind of like the “new school land budget” this was knock down AFTER I asked questioned…still I’ve heard of people in Mississippi getting contracts. People have already given me “tidbits”).
NISSAN took over 1 billion from the DOE for a project that they could NOT do with their current technical knowledge. They promised the state of Tennessee JOBS. When I confronted NISSAN on my blog that NISSAN would not be bringing the 1300 jobs to Tennessee that they had promised due limited supply of the leaf. I suggested that NISSAN make the Rogue in Tennessee. Mr. Tavares announced that BEFORE the communications dept. In the Franklin HQ had information on the announcement, which in the “car world” is a BIG one. Nissan ALSO has said on the record that they do NOT know if they’ll be hiring additional people.
??? Tennessee Do YOU realize YOU have accused a woman of “terrorism” A woman who has helped KEEP jobs in Tennessee.
FYI- This is a state my child calls home. I want Tennessee to be successful. NISSAN HR made it impossible for me to get a new job AFTER I whistle blew. It’s been documented that they did not do as they promised “in helping me go away” Instead they slandered me.
They had an executive send me inappropriate emails in MAY 2009 after I whistle blew the only reason I can come up with was to discredit me. People in this conservative community in middle Tennessee were told I was “gay” They were told I was “crazy” and ironically they were told I was a “spy” Yes!!! I have that documented
Tennessee is NOT a no fault divorce state and the ancient laws hurt women. Due to the legal system and the divorce laws I was forced to willingly give up custody of my child, it was the ONLY way I could guarantee unlimited access to my child.
Tennessee this needs to be “fixed” Also technically I’m still married for I cannot get a divorce due to health care. My daughter’s father cannot “more on” with his life until this battle of human decency ends. . He’s been kind at letting “this” continue I’m grateful. I promised to “leave his name out of this”. Yet each time I’ve told the courts that my LEGAL name is Sharyn Bovat still they add him name to the papers. My driver’s license and passport Just say Sharyn Bovat I believe the State of Tennessee is continuing to add his name ONLY to harass him. FYI- this is wrong.
That and along with having mistakes in the computer and having Sheriff’s looking for me with a warrant that does NOT exist. I’ve been pulled over by the police with my child in the car and told that they don’t like the way I blink. The harassment I’ve received is HORRIBLE. My goal is to move out of Tennessee. I want to live in a society that does NOT find reading the USA Today a “challenge”. YES!!! It takes ALL day for some to “finish that paper” I like that paper and I read it. still I can read it cover to cover in under 20. The Tennessean failed to report on the NISSAN IRS issues and the coverage on local news needs to focus on the spending. I’ve noticed the coverage on the rezoning was “biased” on the “Good Ole Boy” side. Change cannot happen if local reporters don’t reach out to new sources. Bottom Line:
I want to live in a society where the people value education and diversity.
Tennessee Good Ole Boys “if” you want a victory in this then you got it. YOUR actions made me give up something that meant the most to me.
That said: The problems are BIGGER than a bunch of ‘bad Good Ole Boys” NISSAN is owned by Japan and France, and it’s obvious the French are hiding something. If this does not end I will launch a battle that will show YOU what America is about when it comes to battling for Freedom. Hey!!! Remember Iwo Jima and D Day. American’s are tough.
My arsenal is FULLY loaded and it will happen before the “next full moon”. ??? Maybe before I go to court on the 31st.
“IF” the leaf was expected to be a success and they’d be manufacturing 150,000 per year like they promised the federal government when obtaining the DOE low interest loan then they WOULD indeed need extra people. The Rogues sells almost 100,000 per year.
When I was told on the executive floor at Nissan North America that “skirts Don’t Speak” I spoke. When Nissan executives called the electric car a “failed Obama program” I asked
??? Why take OVER a billion Us Tax dollars for something to fail.
Ghosn’s friends have said in the past that my blog helped explain WHY America needs the EV to succeed. People were making money by using my blog as a “tool for change”
That said: THEY used me.
For some companies have been started with government grants and these are companies that were created to “fail”. Wasting taxpayer money is WRONG!!! Whether it’s Recovery~Stimulas~Tennessee money
ALL American taxpayer money needs to be treated with RESPECT. That said; Corker and Alexander I will be contacting YOUR offices next week. I can travel to DC to meet you and discuss legislation that will protect America from this ever happening again.
“IF” Mr. Tavares is Chairman of NISSAN then I believe he will & MUST handle “this” with transparency. Still Nissan will have to “pay back the loans to America”.
Nissan will have to regain trust with shareholders and NISSAN will have to “innovate” a new road in doing business. One that Respects All People. That said:
“if” I get the CSR job which I still want. I believe that:
“Change comes from the Inside”.
For the record: I want to work out of NYC. It’s a city that was attacked on 9-11 and a city that I believe is one that needs to “go electric” and create a sustainable society by 2021.
I think making that happen should be something that BOTH Republicans and Democrats can agree on.
Ed Gillespie I know YOUR busy with the RNC. Still I’d like YOU to be on the 2021 NYC Energy Independence committee. A committee that should be led by YOUR buddy, former President Bill Clinton. EVERYONE has to work together for success.
Sir, I selected YOU since you can "make things happen" in America. YOU have connections. That's why I started www.gillespierove2012.com
Let's make it a WIN~WIN for America
More Soon!!!

If you are looking into purchasing a new Electric Vehicle (EV) for a reasonable price, then Nissan has your back after the Federal Government lends a hand. The new Nissan Leaf EV pricing has been set at $32,780. This price is before the qualified federal tax credit of $7,500 that you can obtain after purchase of a new EV. That is a tad over $25,000 for a new electric vehicle!
On the flip side, there are other expenses associated with the purchase of the Nissan Leaf EV including the charging station that will cost $2,200 total which includes installation. But do not worry, Uncle Sam has your back also. Purchasing “the charger” will throw in another $2,000 tax credit that you can obtain.

Electric cars, added Mr Ghosn, would account for ten per cent of the automobile market in 2020.

PARIS—Authorities could take several months to establish the details of an alleged corporate espionage case at Renault SA, Chief Executive Carlos Ghosn said, adding that he was not sure where the information had been leaked to.
Renault earlier this month fired three senior managers in its electric vehicle program and then filed criminal complaints against them with the state prosecutor in Paris, their lawyers say. The French auto maker accused them of taking money in exchange for leaking information. They have all denied this and filed their own legal complaints, say the lawyers.
In an interview in Sunday's Journal du Dimanche newspaper, whose contents were confirmed by a Renault spokeswoman, Mr. Ghosn said he was "not certain" whom the information had been leaked to. He said that the leak did not concern "technological information" but "could be to do with our economic model."
"The counter-espionage services opened an investigation last week," he told the French newspaper. "Today, we are waiting for the justice system to do its work," which "could take several months."
The case has become awkward for Renault three weeks after it suspended the three managers. The company has not yet explained what information it thinks was leaked; whom it was leaked to; or how the three managers are supposed to have been involved.
Mr. Ghosn, who was scheduled to appear on French TV later on Sunday, said in his newspaper interview that Renault had followed internal legal guidelines during its own investigation, and that it had not broken any laws. The affair was triggered by an anonymous tipoff in August, after which Mr. Ghosn ordered a preliminary internal enquiry.
"I personally followed the progress of this process step by step," he said. "All the information in our possession is today in the hands of judicial authorities."
In addition to denying the accusations of taking bribes, two of the three executives—Michel Balthazard, former vice president of advanced engineering at Renault, and Matthieu Tenenbaum, former deputy director of the electric vehicles program—have filed suit with state prosecutors for slander. Xavier Thouvenin, one of Mr. Balthazard's lawyers, said the suit was filed in order to find out "who has made slanderous accusations to Renault concerning our client."
The other fired manager, Mr. Balthazard's deputy Bertrand Rochette, has filed a defamation suit against Renault. All three are contesting their dismissals in employment tribunals.

(Reuters) - A lawyer for one of the three Renault executives fired on suspicion of industrial espionage called on Renault Chief Executive Carlos Ghosn to make public on Sunday what proof he has against his client.
Ghosn, who is due on Sunday to give his first television interview since the scandal broke, earlier told the Journal du Dimanche newspaper that the carmaker had not broken any laws by conducting its own lengthy internal enquiry into the affair before making it public.
Ghosn did not, however, provide any specific details of the evidence against the three men, who have strongly denied any wrongdoing and say they plan to sue the company for damaging their reputations.
Pierre-Olivier Sur, one of the lawyers defending Renault's former vice president of advanced engineering, Michel Balthazard, said Ghosn should use Sunday's television appearance to come clean about the evidence against the three men.
"Lawyer Xavier Thouvenin and myself call on the Renault chief executive to lay out the proof tonight," Sur told Reuters, noting Renault's investigation had been trigged by an anonymous letter. "We are far, very far, from having any proof."
The lawyer said sources close to the investigation said it had uncovered payments to offshore bank accounts in Lichtenstein and Switzerland.
"Therefore, these financial flows are traceable," Sur said, arguing that Renault as the plaintiff was not obliged to keep its evidence secret under French law. "Let someone indicate these traces and we'll see it doesn't stand up, because my client has never had any offshore accounts. So there's a mistake."
In the newspaper interview published on Sunday, Ghosn declined to comment on whether Renault had enlisted a private agency to carry out its own investigations into the three executives.
"All the information in our possession is today in the hands of judicial authorities," he said. "I am not going to go into details here of what we did. But we have been irreproachable from a legal point of view."
"Today, we are waiting for the justice system to do its work," Ghosn said, adding that this could take several months.
Ghosn said the leaked information was not about technology but rather the economic model Renault planned to use in the electric sector.
He said he had "no conviction" about who was the recipient of the information. Renault filed a legal complaint alleging that the information had been passed onto a foreign power, without saying
Spy scam gives Renault a shock
ELECTRIC CAR PROJECT
Mr Carlos Ghosn
Murali Gopalan
Mumbai, Jan 7
This is not the kind of shock Renault expected in its electric car project. The French carmaker is in the midst of an espionage scam and has suspended three executives, who have apparently leaked secrets involving the electric car programme. One of them is believed to be a member of the management committee.
INVESTMENT, IPR ISSUES
For Renault, this issue could have serious implications considering that it is betting big on the electric car project with Japanese ally Nissan.
The alliance has earmarked an investment of euro 4 billion for this plan which will see production of nearly five lakh cars in the coming years.
From global carmakers' point of view, this issue has a huge bearing on intellectual property rights, a subject where China has often been the favourite whipping boy.
Years ago, General Motors said the Chery QQ was a copy of Daewoo's Matiz (now rechristened the Chevrolet Spark). The bone of contention then was that the two cars `shared remarkably identical body structure, exterior design, interior design and key components'.
Likewise, Japanese automakers have had issues with Chinese companies on IPR issues. At that time, the `copycat' tag was synonymous with the local industry in China though things are quite different now. Today, a companysuch as SAIC Motor Corp is taking the lead with GM to set up operations across the world.
