The email above is from a lawyer I originally contacted.

He said he did not have time to deal with a 1^st time midemeaner and wrote a "case of this magnitude" 

It took me a LONG time to find representation.  ??? Why is the DA agressivily prosecuting me.

Below is an email I sent Mark Silverman in January about the harassment I’ve received for whistleblowing.  

Also I sent Silverman an email that Nissan board member Carlos Tavares sent me over 9 months AFTER I started blogging.   

Carlos Tavares NEVER would have emailed me directly had we not had agreed that I was to be a change agent.

The Tennessean NEVER reported serious issues that apply to me and to the creation of a transparent society.  Issues of wasted taxpayer spending terrified Mark's boss Kate Marymont and she squashed the stories.   

Yes Virginia there "really is" a liberal media..... my bad for not believing.  

Bottom Line:

A relocation consultant working with the 1^st  Nissan Board member to relocate to the USA told her client Carlos Tavares about bad spending of Tennessee taxpayer money and discrimination

In spring 2009 it was announced that Nissan was planning on taking American tax dollars in the form of a billion+ dollar DOE loan. 

Bovat heard “the electric car was destined to fail”.  People were going to personally  profit from the construction of a battery plant. 

In June 2009 Sharyn Bovat frustrated with how Nissan wasted taxpayer money started a blog and whistle blew about bad spending in reference to President Obama’s “Pet Project”. 

In July 2010 without a court order a warrant that was “sworn out” by a man Sharyn blogged about harassing for a year.  Bovat believes the arrest was to discredit her.  

Since the beginning Nissan is paying a lawyer named Joe Baugh to consult with the DA to “baby sit” case.   Originally Mr. Baugh was going to the “Special Prosecuter” for the State.  Mr. Baugh called an attorney for Bovat and told him “there would be multiple arrest”.   That attorney then would take Bovat’s case. 

Sharyn Bovat contacted numerous lawyers in the summer of 2010 and  they would not return her phone calls.  A lawyer at the courthouse told Sharyn Bovat “her business was not welcome in Williamson County.” 

Sharyn Bovat had to represent herself at a preliminary hearing and got one of the charges dropped.   Subsequently that charged was brought up again to a Grand Jury and Bovat was jailed a 3^rd time.  Yes!!!  A whistle blower has been jailed 3 times.  

The DA has provided NO evidence o Bovat’s lawyer that she did anything wrong.

Joe Baugh said “we don’t want this to go to trial” in lobby of courthouse in March 2011

The DA has now postponed the trial until Febuary 2012

Sharyn Bovat has been slandered, bullied, harassed and has endured malicious prosecution for speaking out against people that are wasting American tax dollars.  I need to work and cant' get a good job with all "this" happening.  I have a child....   Tennessee "this" is morally wrong!!!!

Sharyn Bovat is working on a map to Freedom!!!

After this email  I received from Mr. Tavares in Feb 2010 my life got somewhat easier 

The deal I made with Tavares is that I was to be a "change agent".  I told him they make between 12.5-15k a month (so the rate 13,750) and he could pay me "after" change happened. I really "thought"  it would take a couple months.   My bad!!!!

 in January 2010 I got my tax documents and The Nissan Good Ole Boys made my expenses taxable income.   I put things like Mr Tavares satellite dish washer dryer etc. On my Amex and got reimbursed STILL Nissan related it as income for me. ………..was mad when (with the) messed up 1099.  Recently the IRS has asked about the 1099 processing I sent my tax preparer an email from Mr. Tavares

………….  fYI- I moved out of the house in August 2009...  Nissans were circling the neighborhood just to intimidate me.   It was HORRIBLE!!!!
