The Data

NISSAN!!!

You have to TRUST the interpreter!!!

A Poll is only as good as the polster and demographics can be read in MANY ways.

I was told that your move to TN was based on “GOOD OLE BOY” information.   My “thought” data that top executives received might not have been the most accurate  (I remember hearing statistics and asking “where did you get that data” ???    Giving those decision makers bad data to make the decision to relocate and “bragging” that higher level leadership would “visit less often with the increased travel time to Tennessee”.    OUCH!!!

Success is Happening!!!        They Failed at Failure   :) :)

Many people are excited  about the positive “change”.

In reference to TN Good News!!!  By 2012 the Williamson County Schools will “catch up” to meet educational standards that are globally accepted and MORE will want to relocate here  :)    YES!!!  even though WCS is  the best public education offered in the state in 3 years it will be equal to most others in the rest of our nation.   WOW!!!
Thank You WCS!!!!

NISSAN

This is just a “thought” from outside research I have done.  You might already have planned to do this.

Mississippi Needs to be “Micro” Managed!!!!!

Research says too many manufacturers of different sorts have had too many defective products coming from Mississippi.  My “thought” Could stem from the fact their DEAD LAST in education.

If you sent a surge of “corporate troops” into Mississippi and set things up properly.  Your business venture in Mississippi can be successful You might need to create a “compound” for expatriates with educational/social resources and create a micro globally cultural community near your new facility, so you can recruit the best from France, Japan and Detroit…. if the above happened.   That would be a win/win situation.   Again this might already be planned.

I pulled the DATA that the board in Tokyo should have received prior to making the decision to relocate to TN.

Belowwas available in 2006 &  shows Tennessee ranked 47th & Mississippi 50th    we only have  50 states in the category Best Places to Live.  This data is good it takes  44 different factors see below!!!!!   Granted This “bubble” in Williamson County is “different” yet for long term success one does need to look at the big picture.  I’m confident TN has moved up a few places since 2006.

Readers……  This will make you laugh & smile.

It was mentioned by a viewer that the state of Tennessee might award NISSAN  large tax credits if they relocated “me” out of Tennessee….My response, I’m just trying to help!!!

Have A Great Day!!

DEFINITION: Livability Index by state. "To determine a state's 'Livability Rating,' each state's rankings for 44 factors were averaged. The scale is 1 to 50, the higher the number, the better. Data used are for the most recent year in which comparable numbers are available from most states. All factors were given equal weight. States with no data available for a given category were ranked based only on the remaining factors. In our book, data are listed from highest to lowest. However, for purposes of this award, we inverted rankings for those factors we determined to be 'positive.' Thus the state with the highest median income in the book (ranking 1st) would be given a number 50 ranking for this award." - Morgan Quitno Press
