I believe that Carlos Tavares #2 (soon to be #1 at NISSAN) cares about the customer like you.   When he contacts me to take down my website I will tell him to have a “respectful” person contact you to address your concerns.

Dear Ms. Bovat,

I am sending you this message somewhat as a response to your personal site " I am sorry to hear that you were so mistreated within the company and I admire you for your honesty in sharing what needs to be shared with the world.

A group of friends and I have been loyal customers of Nissan for a very long time now, and after much consideration and research I am reaching out to you for I want to have an influential voice like yours. The customer service at Nissan is terrible and I have had numerous trouble receiving acceptable care from Nissan. My frustration has mounted and I am very aware that there are many others who feel the same way about the business conduct of Nissan and as a loyal customer, I demand better.

I have tried very hard to file an effective complaint, and as you may have guessed, my efforts have been brushed off by Nissan time after time. I feel that this is unacceptable, especially considering the fact that giant corporations exist to serve customers therefore, if a customers' voice cannot be heard, then there is a serious problem.

I wish to take my complaints to the very top. I wish to direct the complaints of Nissan's customers to the CEO of the company. Perhaps all this will amount to nothing, however, just like you I am a do-er. I wish to do what I feel is right and I wish for my voice to be heard by the man who matter most in Nissan. Whether or not my efforts will produce any results for Nissan's customers is up to the integrity of the company, however, it is a risk I am willing to take.

I have been searching for months now for Mr. Carlos Ghosn's contact information and have had no luck. Therefore I was wondering if you would be able to help me in finding this information so that I can share with him the very disappointing nature of Nissan's customer service conduct among other problems and concerns.

I realize that you are a busy person, however some assistance from a wise well spoken woman such as yourself would make a great difference.
